I usually go on social media at lunch time or when I’m on the way home from school.  I don’t look at my phone any more when I’m just about to go to bed because I find it difficult to fall asleep.  In fact, it wakes me up completely!  I like using social media because I can keep in contact with my friends at all times, but occasionally someone contacts you who you don’t know and wants to add you as a friend.  I just block them if I don’t know them.
